Amber Alert issued for 1-year-old Ohio boy taken after mother was assaulted

MADISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WJW) — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office says an Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 1-year-old boy.

Soull Minnehan was abducted from a home in Madison Township on Tuesday. He is 36 inches tall, weighs 38 pounds, and has blond hair and blue eyes. Last seen wearing blue pajamas.
