Nordean was burdened with four counts
Regarding his actions outside and in the US Capitol on January 6th. Prosecutors have alleged that he prepared for the Capitol uprising by preparing and collecting money days beforehand, suggesting that if investigators take a closer look at the Proud’s organization and coordination, he might bring more charges in the future Boys.
“You must behave well while you are out,” said Judge Brian Tsuchida on Monday.
The Justice Department announced in court that it will be launching an appeal to challenge Nordean’s release. The DOJ has appealed several of these rulings from across the country, in which low-ranking criminal judges have stated that defendants can be released, effectively staying in prison.
