The charges against a black teenager who walked home from work in the Texas snow fell

Plano police officers were called on February 16 to conduct a social check on a man walking around 10:47 p.m. local time in a short-sleeved shirt in the freezing cold season.
In body camera footage posted on Facebook, police officers rolled up to the person who was later identified as high school graduate Rodney Reese and asked if he needed a ride as the mercury was hovering 18 degrees.
Reese, 18, said he would go home after his shift at Walmart and would not need any help.
