Lawyers representing a 75 year old Protester which was pushed to the ground from the hinterland new York Police at demonstrations that broke out in the days after George FloydThe federal death filed a highly anticipated lawsuit in federal court on Monday, less than two weeks after the criminal charges against the officials involved were dropped.

The lawsuit filed in the US District Court for the Western District of New York alleges that the City of Buffalo, Mayor Byron Brown, Police Commissioner Byron C. Lockwood and Deputy Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia violated the rights of longtime activist Martin Gugino by a “Unconstitutional” law passed a “draconian” week-long curfew at 8 pm, which was “selectively enforced against peaceful demonstrators”.
