Pennsylvania hits vaccination milestone, Governor says

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and other state officials held a briefing Tuesday to educate residents about COVID-19 vaccination efforts in the Commonwealth. Wolf said the state had reached a milestone in its plan to vaccinate seniors in care facilities. All residents and staff at Federal Pharmacy Partnership facilities that wanted to receive the COVID-19 vaccine received at least the first dose, Wolf said. Wolf said the milestone marks an important step forward in ensuring that the state’s most vulnerable residents have access to a vaccine. “The Federal Pharmacy Partnership saves lives.
