At least three guests were injured Monday night after an iceberg wall collapsed at the Titanic Museum in Pigeon Forge. Tennessee.

The three guests were rushed to the hospital and their injuries are currently unknown, museum owners Mary Kellogg Joslyn and John Joslyn said. It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the collapse.

“Of course we would never have expected such an incident, since the safety of our guests and crew members always comes first,” said the owners wrote on Facebook. “We pride ourselves on the quality of our maintenance and have taken steps to ensure that appropriate safety guidelines are followed.”
