Group protests based on photo surfaces of a former Sacramento student in black
More than 100 students, parents, alumni and community members protested at St. Francis High School Wednesday after a picture of a former student in black surfaced. The allegations are that the then student bullied another student who was attending school. A district spokesman said the black-faced student was no longer enrolled at the school but had no say in whether she was expelled, left alone, or since graduated.
