Determining the full death toll from the Texas storm could take months
The harsh winter storm that hit Texas and other states last week has been blamed for dozens of deaths, though officials said it would take weeks or months to cover the human cost of the Frosty weather and supply crisis is known and that it may never be entirely accurate.
