AUSTIN, Texas – Five members of the The board of directors of the company that operates the state’s power grid has resigned of their posts Wednesday after a note published on the Public Utility Commission website.
Chief Executive Sally Talberg, Vice Chairman Peter Cramton, and Members Terry Bulger, Raymond Hepper and Vanessa Anesetti-Parra will leave the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). None of them live in Texas.
