The scene of a shooting incident at a taxi rank in Cape Town.
A second person has been arrested after seven people, including a wheelchair-bound woman, were wounded during a shooting at the taxi rank in the Cape Town CBD.
The second person was arrested in connection with the shooting at the Cape Town Station Deck around 12:00 on Monday.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Noloyiso Rwexana said a 39-year-old suspect was arrested and a firearm seized.

Shot were also fired in Marine Drive, Strand Street and Buitenkant Street as the attackers fled the Cape Town Station Deck.
