Alcohol, tobacco and hospitality industries look to Mboweni to ease struggles

CAPE TOWN – South Africa’s alcohol and tobacco industries expect Minister of Finance, Tito Mboweni will not increase excise duties in the next Budget speech, following huge losses as a result of the COVID-19 lockdowns.
