Police launch search for boyfriend of missing mum in Melbourne
The disappearance of a mother five days ago in Melbourne has sparked a separate search for her partner who may be able help police with their investigation.
‘Kelly’ Ju Zhang, 33, was last seen at her Winchester Avenue home in Epping, about 20km north of Melbourne’s CBD, about 5.30pm on Monday.
She was reported missing to police the following evening.
At the time she was wearing a pink pyjama top and shorts, and no shoes, police say.
Police say the mother of an eight-year-old boy did not have any personal belongings with her at the time except a mobile phone.
Missing Person Squad Detective Inspector Andrew Stamper said they wished to talk with ‘Sam’ Joon Seong Tan who was in a relationship with Ms Zhang.
