Missing Sydney businesswoman has less than $6,000 in her bank accounts, court hears
Bank accounts in the name of missing Sydney businesswoman Melissa Caddick contain only $5,600, a court has heard.
- Melissa Caddick has been missing since November, after ASIC raided her Sydney home
- Ms Caddick is facing allegations her financial services firm was operating without a licence
- Most of her assets are in her own name and include real estate, shares and luxury goods
Provisional liquidators and receivers have now provided reports on the 49-year-old’s assets to the Federal Court of Australia, after she went missing in November.
Her disappearance came soon after the corporate watchdog, ASIC, raided Ms Caddick’s Dover Heights home over allegations her financial services firm, Maliver, was operating without a licence.
