Missing Sydney businesswoman accused of fraud ‘found DEAD’

Missing Sydney businesswoman Melissa Caddick has reportedly been found dead, months after disappearing.

Part of her remains were found on a beach on the NSW south coast over the weekend.

DNA evidence has since confirmed the remains are hers.

Caddick was last seen in her Dover Heights home, in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, on November 12 last year.

She vanished after going for an early morning run.

Caddick, who was being investigated by ASIC before her disappearance, was accused of meticulously and systematically deceiving investors who handed over millions of dollars to her over seven years.
